Monthly Gathering: A Cozy Night of Heart-to-Heart Talks

There is a special kind of magic that happens when we cook together. At our Monthly Gatherings, over the warmth of a shared meal, unspoken worries finally find a safe place to be heard. Last month, this cozy atmosphere was beautifully enriched when we welcomed the JCI City Lady and artist Sarika, winner of the 2023 Hong Kong Professional Elite Ladies Selection, to our table.

As the evening unfolded, our girls opened up about their “Life Checklists.” We all carry one—dreams of financial independence, healthier bodies, or simply glowing from the inside out. Yet, the long road to these milestones can often leave us feeling anxious and overwhelmed.

That is exactly why Sarika’s story resonated so deeply. She bravely shared her journey of navigating the profound low of a divorce. Instead of looking for shortcuts, she slowly rebuilt her life by focusing on fitness, nutrition, and, most importantly, herself. Her gentle reminder to the girls was powerful: true growth takes time.
