我們相信，每位年輕女性均應當獲得充分的關懷及有關。我們與一眾合作夥伴、醫療專業人員、警察等跨組織合作，走入社區，在娛樂場所及互聯網的定期外展，讓我們及早識別⾼危的年輕⼥性，以確保她們安全。我們在外展時會盡⼒與群體建⽴互信關係及安全感。同時，我們亦為社群提供危機⽀援，包括意外懷孕輔導、法律⽀援、性與生育健康的信息等。
青躍在賽馬會慈善信託基金的支持下，自 2019 年起推出網上外展服務。 鼓勵於性與生殖健康上面對困難的弱勢年輕女性和青少女致電尋求適切幫助。
為⾼危個案提供免費、不記名、匿名快速測試。性病檢查，包括HIV、淋病及衣原體，有需要的年輕女性可致電預約: +852 2302 0068。
⻘躍致⼒於本地學校及年輕群體推動全⾯正向性教育，甚或設計模擬⼈⽣意外懷孕體驗遊戲，藉活動激發學⽣對個⼈價值觀的反思、建⽴開明及尊重多元價值觀，改善年⻘⼈的性與⽣育健康知識，辨識⾼危⾏為。同時亦希望加強年輕⼈情感教育， 有效地表達情感，如何與家⼈及親密維持健康及正⾯關係，推動⾝⼼健康全⼈教育。https://sexualityhub.hk/
通過我們一系列的計劃及外展服務，我們希望為年輕女性做好準備 - 當面臨危機時，她們能為自己的將來作出明智的決定。我們亦會與其他慈善機構合作 進行研究，以提高公眾對年輕女性性工作者權利的認識。
