The Teen’s Key – Young Women Service Hub officially launched in November last year helping more young women experiencing sexual health crisis in the haze. Teen’s Key envisions a Hong Kong that is a safe space for all young women and a place where they can thrive and we hope the service hub could ‘Unlock New Beginnings’ and start a new journey together.
It is our honor to invite creative Teen’s Key girls together with talented local female artists and entrepreneurs to join our very first charity merchandise. We hope to explore different forms of collaboration with artworks and brands, to embrace young women with new power.

Return & Refund
Thanks for shopping at Teenskey. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Except for the major defects in the goods or delivery problems, all goods will not be returned, refunded, and exchanged. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 3 days at shop@teenskey.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
