Thanks for shopping at Teenskey. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Except for the major defects in the goods or delivery problems, all goods will not be returned, refunded, and exchanged. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 3 days at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
